Delivery Shipments and returns Deliveries are made every day of the week, except public holidays. Orders are sent by tracked letter or Colissimo. For any other delivery method, we recommend sending with tracking against signature. The package is picked up by the Post Office and delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer. In the event of absence during delivery, a delivery notice is left at the delivery address indicated by the Customer, which allows the latter to collect their package from the nearest post office within 15 days. . In the event of non-collection within the time limits set by La Poste, the products will be returned to XXX which reserves the right to reimburse the price of the products, the transport costs remaining the responsibility of the Customer. In the event that he opts for a simple shipment, without countersignature, the Customer assumes full responsibility for his choice. XXX cannot under any circumstances be held responsible in the event of delay or loss of the package.
In the case of shipment with tracking, an email is sent to the Customer, with a copy of the shipping slip including a tracking number, at the time of shipment of the Products, provided that the email address indicated in the registration form does not contain any errors. The delivery times indicated above are those indicated by the Postal Services. No refund of shipping costs will be made in the event of delivery taking longer than those indicated.
